Directly across the street is the award-winning championship golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones II. Enjoy horseback riding along the stunning beaches right outside your door. Zip-lining, mountain biking, ATV’s, bungee jumping, and side-by-sides can all be found at Wild Canyon right down the road. There’s also a small water park for toddlers if you are bringing the littles. If you like hiking, you will be pleased with the nearby option of Cabo Real with its stunning panoramic views. If you want to go further afield, you are well situated close to the various world-class natural and urban attractions of Los Cabos. For those who are into sports and fitness, you are covered. We have everything from tennis courts, swimming, yoga, walking, and jogging right on the property. Its 27-acres is lined with walking paths. Kids and families will especially love the seasonal baby turtle releases, tide pools, and swimmable coves. For those who love fishing, Cabo sport fishing is legendary, and we have our favorites. Bisbee's Black and Blue.... you won't want to miss it! Surfing: "Some of the best swells in this region are during the summer months. June through August is peak surf season. \*March thru May is considered the "transition time," but May has the best south swells, and this time of year is less crowded. Between May and October, swells come from the Southern hemisphere, making this period the best time to surf in the Sea of Cortez. \*Fall and Winter on the Pacific offer the best conditions and generally consistent swells. \*In this area, and a very short drive north, is the world-famous Zippers surf break. It's also the home of surf competitions held by the World Surf League every July." Playa Santa Maria is the perfect place for soaking in the sun and snorkeling. Chileno Bay is bigger and generally busier, but either place is fantastic to spend the day, and they’re easily accessible by short car ride. We have provided beach chairs and umbrellas for you to take with you. If you fancy shopping, drive to downtown San Jose del Cabo where there is a huge selection of boutiques, galleries, and artisans, not to mention the amazing restaurant scene. Thursday nights are Art Walk, and not to be missed! Looking for some relaxation? Enjoy our seven refreshing swimming pools or take a dip in one of the two hot tubs as you take in the views. Unwind in the afternoon, or under the moonlight, with beverages poolside or a handcrafted cocktail from our favorite mixologist at La Revolucion in downtown San Jose del Cabo. If you want to splurge and indulge in the best of all worlds, dinner just next door at Las Ventanas’s Sea Grill is an absolute highlight of any trip. The food options are endless. Enjoy the El Tapanco Restaurant, Maguey’s Sports Bar, or enjoy a poolside meal. Sea Grill at Las Ventanas is a favorite of ours, and a must at least once during each visit. El Jardin Secreto, La Revolucion, El Herradero, Jazmin's, Habanero's, Flora Farms, Latino 8, La Forchetta, Kahe Sushi, El Pancake House, and The District Sports Bar are just a few of our favorite restaurants. Or, create a romantic meal yourselves and enjoy the sand and surf from your balcony as you watch and listen to the waves crash the shore. It is easiest getting to the resort by using Google Maps or Waze. The hotel on the property is Zoëtry Casa Del Mar. Put that in when searching for directions. The grounds are beautiful and we loved the pools. Some of our best days were at Santa Maria Beach. All the beach gear was great! Our son particularly enjoyed the boogie board. We had a wonderful stay at this condo in San José del Cabo! The unit was incredibly well-stocked, especially the kitchen, which was a huge plus since I am on a special diet—we were able to cook every meal with ease. Before grocery shopping, we recommend checking what’s already at the condo—they have so many helpful staples already on hand.The bed was super comfortable with lovely linens, and we appreciated little touches like the toaster oven, spacious modern shower, and the beach supplies we could take with us. We loved sleeping with the door open to the sound of the ocean and waking up to birdsong every morning.One of the highlights of our trip was meeting Elfer—her warm, welcoming personality made us feel instantly at home. She greeted us with fresh guacamole and salsa, then returned to cook us a delicious breakfast and give each of us a professional massage. She brings her own table, plays soft music, and creates a spa-like experience right in the condo. Her services are very affordable, but she only accepts cash—so bring plenty!We didn’t do a lot of sightseeing, as our goal was rest—and we got plenty of that. We loved relaxing by the pool and watching the waves crash on the beach. The communication from Robb was exceptional. The property has excellent security, great ocean views and all the comforts of your home. This was our first vrbo rental in Mexico and we probably won't go back to typical hotels/resorts. All the listing info was accurate. The gated grounds were beautiful. All the pools super clean, no crowds, plenty of lounge chairs. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway in a beautiful spot, this is it. The unit itself had everything we needed. Very well-supplied kitchen items which is so appreciated (we have stayed in other vrbo's that didn't even have salt/pepper). Excellent communication with the owners. We took one of their dinner recommendations for Jardin Secreto in San Jose, it was a highlight of the trip. Would not hesitate to return or recommend to family & friends. ##### chad m. The listing is 100% accurate. Beautiful view of the beach. Surrounding grounds are immaculate. Elevator in the building. Secure location. Easy parking if you have a rental car which we highly recommend. Close to grocery store for any needed shopping. Condo was more than adequately stocked. Great to have the beach chairs, soft cooler and umbrella if you want to experience the surrounding beaches. Location was perfect to the Airport, Los Cabos, and San Jose del Cabo. Excellent restaurants within a 25-20 minute drive. Would highly recommend this property! ##### John F. The unit itself was clean and well appointed with everything you’d need in the kitchen to prepare meals. The bed linens and pillows were super comfortable & the towels were thick and soft.
