This 1 BR/1BA condo has been totally redecorated and is now ready for your long walks on the beach, whale watching and when the waves are kicking up one of the best surf breaks in all of Los Cabos right outside your patio door. Steps from the famed Costa Azul Surfing and Zippers Restaurant. Surf fishing right out the back gate. With no roads to cross, no crowds and only a vendor or two throughout the day its peaceful, tranquil, mesmerizing sunup to sundown. A week can clear your mind, a month can feed your soul, imagine what a season could do!! You will see the gate to the left of the dentist office. \- If you\`re coming from Cabo, Mira Vista Condominiums is on the right side immediately after the Costa Azul bridge. Look for Advanced Cabo Dentistry and we\`re the gate to the left of that. We enjoyed the BBQ on our private balcony and our dinners with beautiful views to the grounds and water. The accommodations had everything you need to relax and enjoy with a very well appointed kitchen, bathroom and even beach chairs and umbrella for beach days! Our host Elaine meet us at the entrance, gave us an overview of the unit and surroundings and was available if needed. Mira Vista is a 5 minute walk to Zippers Restaurant and to a convenience store for a few staples in between larger grocery shops and a 15 minute walk down the beach to Mama Mia’s. View is fabulous and the sunrises are marvelous. Condo property is quiet and full of lots of greenery. Has everything you might for a comfortable stay. If you rent a car there is a designated spot. You do however have to get out of the car to open the gate, park the car then walk back up to the gate to close it. The description states there is a short flight of stairs to the condo. No mention of the short flight down before you get to a longer flight up to the condo. Just a heads up if you have any sort of disability.
