Divided into two floors, the upper floor, which is accessed to the dwelling, has a toilet and a bedroom with a double bed and a small balcony facing the Estacio canal, beautiful views of the Mediterranean. On the lower floor there is a second bedroom, with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a spacious living-dining room - kitchen and a beautiful terrace in the first line of the Mediterranean. The lounge is spacious, has access to the terrace with views of the Mediterranean and includes a sofa bed. The apartment has fibre optic internet and beautiful views of the Mediterranean. The urbanisation has a beautiful swimming pool on the first line, normally open from mid-May to October, and direct access to the seafront promenade and beach. Near there are two large supermarkets, Supercor on Tomás Maeste and Spar at km14, and in the area there are numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets... It is about 10-15 minutes walking from the Tomás Maestre Port, where there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops and a large supermarket (Supercor) next to which a local market takes place on Saturday mornings. In addition, in this same Tomás Maestre area there is a sports centre with tennis, paddle and five-a-side football courts as well as very comprehensive indoor facilities, such as a large gym with sea views, where anyone can buy a pass for using and enjoying the courts and attending the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, Strength Training... Spacious apartment, cool, as it has windows on both sides, and above all with dream views! We offer the flexible rate option, for a 10% supplement with the possibility of cancellation up to 5 days before arrival, rate available from September to June, both inclusive. If you are interested in booking with this rate, please let us know in advance or when making the reservation, add the comment in the observations section and we will proceed to change the rate and conditions. Dogs are allowed with prior notice (€25 extra per stay). Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. For arrivals between 9pm and 12am, prior confirmation is required before booking and incurs an additional fee of €30\.
