Step through the automatic gate to discover the villa's magnificent 1.45-acre grounds, featuring lush tropical gardens, a rushing river, and stunning mountain views. The property includes a 6,000 sq. ft. main villa, originally built in 1993 and fully remodeled in 2007, as well as a guest apartment and small gym. Relax and unwind in the swimming pool, complete with an in-water sitting area with table and custom-built oversized Jacuzzi spa. The pool area, with its 4,500 sq. ft. of blue tiles, overlooks the tropical gardens and the rushing Quebradas river. The property includes a massage room with a custom-built bamboo massage table, where you can escape and receive an incredible massage from a local masseuse. You can even hire a private chef to make your meals. Inside, the main villa boasts 24-ft. Cathedral ceilings, two large master bedroom suites with tubs & showers, two additional bedrooms and apartment with showers, formal dining room, tea room, a fully equipped kitchen, formal living room, media room and balconies overlooking the pool and the Quebradas river. Un 100 por permitir mascotas sin restricciones de tamaño. Contacto 100% con la naturaleza. Payton es un gran anfitrión.
