Highly Recommend Julie and Gary are amazing hosts. Their place is so wonderful, secluded and accommodating. We had a cute little efficiency with everything we needed. Probably the best part of staying here is the hosts Julie and Gary and their amazing deck high above the river. They were great about pointing out things they knew we were interested in such as birds and other wildlife. Julie gave us a tour of town and offered suggestions for restaurants and good attractions and activities. The places we ate at her suggestion were really good. We did the Raptor Center as well and thoroughly enjoyed that. The place is wonderful, the hosts are incredibly likable and helpful and the deck at their compound is amazing. Hated to leave. Séjour de 2 nuits en mars 2022 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### David S. 25 janv. 2019 #### Convenient and comfortable Gary and Julie are wonderful hosts and even set up a dinner at a nearby restaurant for all the guests (nine of us) who were staying at Wish Willy (which, by the way, is a kind of lizard). The view of the river and the jungle around it may be misleading--it's an easy walk into San Ignacio (across the bridge) to restaurants, the market, and the bus station. We recommend room number one--very spacious with its own deck. Other rooms are pretty small for two people but would work great for one.
