The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining nook. Both the living/sleeping room and the kitchen provide access to a balcony. Additionally, there is a shower and a toilet on the upper floor. The second upper floor comprises two rooms with sloping ceilings, each containing three beds (80 cm), and access to a balcony. A bath and a toilet are also present on this level. The property has parquet floors throughout.
