Grocery 350 m, supermarket 2.6 km, bus stop "Pera di Fassa" 600 m, railway station "Bolzano/Bozen" 40 km, indoor swimming pool 9.5 km. Skisport facilities 300 m, ski bus stop 200 m, cross country ski track 500 m. Nearby attractions: Canazei (Sella Ronda) 9.5 km, Trento 82 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Pera di Fassa: Vajolet (Catinaccio) 300 m, Pozza di Fassa: Buffaure (Sella Ronda) 2.2 km, Campitello: Col Rodella (Sella Ronda) 6.8 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

#### A pochi metri dalle piste

Casa molto comoda, moderna e spaziosa, ben riscaldata a pochi metri dall'arrivo della pista di rientro dal comprensorio sci vigo di fassa catinaccio. Parcheggio comodo sotto casa, bella vista panoramica su cima 12 e il buffaure, oltre che sul paese di pera e pozza di fassa.
