"Podere San Michele" is a detached country house nestled in a secluded, sunny position amidst vineyards and meadows near San Gimignano, Italy. It offers a peaceful retreat with amenities such as a private fenced swimming pool with an internal staircase (available seasonally from May 20th to September 30th), an outdoor shower, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue. The property spans 20,000 sq.m. with a shared meadow, and parking is available on-site. Enjoy a vacation rental with amenities like Internet WiFi, a yard, and a swimming pool.

The property boasts ample outdoor spaces, including a meadow for shared use, a private fenced swimming pool with an internal staircase (seasonal from May 20th to September 30th), an outdoor shower, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue area. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the walking paths that start just 100 meters from the house, providing opportunities for scenic strolls.

The owner/gardener maintains the pool, ensuring its pristine condition during your stay. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied, while the owner resides on the same property. Access to the house is via a 200-meter narrow motorway, and parking is available on the premises. Baby equipment is included, and groups of teenagers are welcome upon request. A car is recommended for getting around the area.

Unit Layout  
The 'Podere San Michele' villa is a spacious and bright home situated on two levels. It boasts rustic and cozy furnishings with a total of eight rooms, providing ample space for you and your family or friends to relax and make yourself at home during your Tuscan vacation. The upper floor features a large living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, dining table, and kitchen corner, leading to a loggia and patio. Another living/dining room on the same floor has an open-hearth fireplace, dining table, and a balcony with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The sleeping arrangements are flexible, with one double bedroom, two rooms each with one bed (80cm) and one double bed, one room with two beds, and an additional double bedroom on the second upper floor.  
  
Amenities Included  
The villa is well-equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The kitchen/living room features eight hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine. There are two showers/bidet/WC and a hip bath/bidet/WC. The natural stone floors add to the rustic charm, while the balcony and large patio are furnished with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs, providing ample outdoor space. The villa also offers a flat-screen TV, washing machine, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot for up to two-year-olds, hairdryer, and logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free) is available, and the villa is non-smoking only. One pet/dog is allowed, and there is a private entrance and fire extinguisher for safety.
