Located in a hamlet just 1 km from the center of Castel San Gimignano and 12 km from San Gimignano itself, the property boasts a secluded, sunny position on a slope in the countryside. Enjoy the convenience of parking at the house, as well as amenities like a yard, internet Wi-Fi, and parking.

The Il Fienile diLeo is a 2-room house spanning 55 square meters across two levels, designed to accommodate up to two adults and two children comfortably. The ground floor features a bright and cozy living/sleeping area equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm), a dining table, a kitchen corner, and a flat-screen TV. Additionally, it boasts a wood-burning stove and air conditioning for your comfort. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Upstairs, you'll find a double bedroom with air conditioning, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The property also includes a shower area with a bidet and WC.

To enhance your vacation experience, the Il Fienile diLeo offers a range of amenities, including electric heating, air conditioning, a terrace, and a patio.
