This was a great Agriturismo experience out in the Tuscan countryside. The host was ultra helpful and friendly. The room was fairly new and very clean. I would come back in the future:)

A beautiful place to rest and love the Toscana. Antonella (the owner) is a wonderful person! She gives the best breakfast and is always helpful in everything! Love this place! I hope I go back again

Located at 10 minutes drive from San Gimignano, with a gorgeous view over Certaldo and Elsa valley, surrounded by vineyards and olives, Capana 1826 is a small piece of heaven in the heart of Tuscany. Cozy accommodation, very clean, quiet, stylish and modern, delicious breakfast, amazing house wine and, above all, a perfect host, Antonella, always smiling, attentive, helpful and thoughtful, the heart and soul of this place.

Tuscan Gem
We wanted to get a taste of Tuscany on our trip to Italy and that's exactly what we got! After showing us our room (which was great), our hostess Antonella met us on the patio with a bottle of wine from their vineyard. Beautiful views and wonderful hospitality. Will definitely return for a longer stay.

Mooie B&B, moeilijk vindbaar.
Capanna is echt een prima verblijf, nieuw, schoon en goed ingericht. De kamer is wel vrij sober met maar één stoel en geen koffie- of thee faciliteiten. Wel een mooie koelkast met flesjes water voor ons. De bewegwijzering naar Capanna is zeer slecht. Nergens een bordje met aanduiding bij de onverharde weg die je moet nemen. Google maps vindt het niet. Uiteindelijk is een bewoner van de omgeving ons voorgegaan om geraderd te vinden. Dit moet echt beter !

Unterkunft mit Herz und Seele
Unser Aufenthalt im Capanna 1826 war sehr schön und Dank der warmherzigen Gastfreundschaft der lieben Antonella haben wir uns gefühlt wie bei sehr guten Freunden. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht. Besonders schön war die Lage und die fantastische Aussicht auf die traumhafte Landschaft. Perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Tagesfahrten in der Toskana. Antonella bietet ein kleines, aber feines Frühstück und kümmert sich ganz liebevoll um die Gäste. Am Abend konnten wir unsere Einkäufe der nahegelegenen „Agriturismi“ mit sehr guten Weinen aus den eigenen Weinbergen von San Benedetto genießen. Auch die Weinprobe war einfach ein tolles Erlebnis und hier war Giulia eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Wir hatten Dank des herzlichen Teams von Capanna 1826 einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Toskana.
