Located in San Gimignano, the holiday apartment Podere Sasso 3 has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 80 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV as well as air conditioning. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This vacation rental offers a private outdoor space with a covered terrace and a barbecue.  
  
This vacation rental features a shared garden for a peaceful and rejuvenating experience.  
  
The property is located on the route of via Francigena, inside an Agrarian society of the host and it is just a few steps from Certaldo.  
  
Certaldo is only 5 minutes away by car (1 km away), while the center of San Gimignano is 10 km from the property. From Certaldo you can easily reach Florence within 45/50 minutes and Siena within 35/40 minutes.

#### Très bel endroit et belle maison, des hôtes fantastiques

Pros: La maison est belle située dans un endroit calme et dégagé. On peut voir San Giminiano et Certaldo Alto en passant d'un côté à l'autre de la propriété. Lorena et Marco sont des hôtes très prévenants et nous avons fait l'objet de nombreuses attentions.
