It is a modern, spacious and very sunny apartment. Quiet place, overlooks the green area at the back of the house, ideal for an extraordinary holiday, with capacity for 3 people and max. 4 people. It is a beautiful independent villa, built on two levels and consists of two independent apartments: one apartment on each floor. On the ground floor, the house is surrounded by large terraces. The house is located in a quiet area on the edge of a green park at the back of the house. There is also a small garden for private use with a parking space for one car. The apartment for rent, with about 80 square meters of useful space, is on the first floor. It has two bedrooms with double beds (1,50 m wide and 1,90 m long) a spacious complete bathroom with shower (water column), toilet, bidet, wall-mounted radiator, built-in sink and furniture.
