Violations will result in the loss of the security deposit and an additional de-smoking fee, totaling a $1,000 penalty. An ozone treatment will be necessary to remove the smell. ➤ QUIET HOURS: Amplified music and outdoor gatherings are not allowed after 9 pm to preserve neighborhood peace. You will receive one warning if we are notified of excessive noise, then will be fined $250 and/or asked to leave the property without a refund if we must warn you again. ➤ GUEST COUNT: Please inform us of the exact number of guests. Additional guests not reported will incur a $50 charge per person, per night starting at 9 pm. ➤ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: A $1000 penalty will be imposed for any unauthorized parties on the property. In addition, your reservation will be cancelled without a refund. ➤ PETS: Pets are welcome but must be disclosed at booking or before arrival. Traveled with some friends for a long weekend trip. The rental was close to SFO (15 min), the city (20-40 min depending on where you're going and with light traffic) and a couple of golf courses where we played. Harding Park is 15 min away. There is a Safeway, Walgreens, Philz Coffee and a few restaurants to grab a quick bite in the shopping center close by. The check-in/out process was easy and Billy was quick to respond to messages. The place was clean and having the pool table and video games were a nice amenity. We had one parking spot for the upstairs unit and Ubers were reasonable when we went out in the city. Séjour de 2 nuits en juillet 2025 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### David M. 22 mai 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Places advertised as sleeps 10 has one parking space So this advertised place is for 10 to 12 people and it has one parking space we had eight cars so we had to park a variety of 10 to 30 blocks and drive and pick people up and then disperse them in the morning back at their vehicles there is no parking for at least 4 to 6 blocks The place was very nice the host was very good everything else was good parking is a nightmare ##### David M. We visited our family in San Francisco for my grandmother’s 93rd Birthday, we needed a place that could accommodate a family of 8 so glad to have found Billy’s listing and we had an awesome stay! So close to Phil’s coffee shop (which we love) and very accessible to a lot of places! Thank you for having my Family and I! Can’t wait for our next visit already!
