This is a warm, sophisticated home located in the Inner Sunset district of San
Francisco. The house is steps from famous Golden Gate Park, the Museum of
Modern Art, The world famous Japanese tea garden, Stow lake and still only one
mile from Ocean beach! Located across the street from Starbucks. We are just
steps to major stores, all recognized banks and services ,restaurants,
bakeries bars... etc. All of this is a 2 min walk. The Home is situated in a
vibrant neighborhood known as the inner sunset.
A charming old-world home gone modern. It features two bedrooms and two full
bathrooms. An old world fireplace cradles the expansive open plan living area.
The high ceilings give the area a real sense of space and air. Large rear
Redwood deck along with a large fully fenced and enclosed backyard.
Property can comfortably sleep 2 guests in each bedroom and 3 in the living
room if need be for a total of 7.
Steps away from major transportation lines. 15 min train/bus ride to downtown
S.F.

Perfect place for our stay! We loved how close it was to the park. The host was very communicative and available, although we had no issues, so we really didn’t need to speak with them. It was so nice to know that we could. Very easy to get in and out. We had plenty of room and the place was very clean. My husband commented immediately about how carefully and beautifully the hosts had decorated and furnished the apartment. Thank you so much!

Location is close to the park and museums. Parking for one car is off street, which is very convenient for the area and why we chose this place. The beds are super comfortable. We could hear street traffic during rush hour, but I think you would hear it in any house along a busy street like this.

The hosts were very communicative throughout the entire process, and even checked in while we were at the home to ensure everything was going smoothly. This is a five star property, clean, well-appointed with comfortable furnishings, beds, sofas and kitchen. The outdoor seating area was enjoyed on a sunny morning for breakfast and coffee. The neighborhood literally has a Starbucks on the corner and several wonderful restaurants in walking distance. Golden Gate Park is a short walk. Parking in front on the driveway as amazing (we rented a RAV-4) and we felt safe. Highly recommend this as an option in SF area. I would definitely rent again!

Home was just as advertised - clean and super interesting. The location couldn't be more perfect. We walked to Golden Gate Park every day and the neighborhood is filled with every type of food imaginable. Tram and bus stops are within a block of the front door. We enjoyed every bit of our stay. Host was very accessible, friendly and helpful.

The listing is very near Golden Gate park but is on a very busy street. If street noise is a problem for you, this is not the place to stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a great deal of stuff everywhere- plants, decorations, faux flowers, enough dishes for 4 households. The hosts communicated in a timely way. We did not have any problems so did not need to interact with them other than text communication regarding check-in. We appreciated the outdoor space for our dog. It has a fully fenced yard, but is not private as it appears someone resides in the downstairs space.

What a great property! We were attending a concert at Golden Gate Park and wanted to be close. It was so easy to walk to/from the show which was so nice because we didn't have to worry about transportation after a large event. The house is very unique- lots of furniture, lots of decor- much more stocked than the average VRBO. It was like staying in someone's home rather than a simple VRBO. There is a Starbuck's on the corner, a nice deli/market, and several restaurants within walking distance- as well as a gas station/mart right next door. We had everything we needed. The house was comfortable, the owner responded right away and was kind enough to let us check in a bit early since we arrived in the city earlier than expected. The kids slept in the living room and it was a bit loud- the house is on a busy street, but it was fine. We felt safe and there was plenty of room for 7 of us. We had a great experience and would definitely stay again.

Great location, walking distance to many different attractions with nature. The house is beautiful, everything was just like the pictures online. The owners are super helpful, very nice and we didn’t have to pay an extra fee for our service dogs. Definitely we will love to stay again for our next visit to the bay city.

#### Felt like home
We had a family emergency with a relative being hospitalized at UCSF. Finding somewhere close by and could accommodate incoming family members was high on the list. We found this amazing home quickly and it was so easy to stay. The beds were cozy and helped us get some much needed stress free rest. The whole place was clean and comfortable. Check out was easy. The hosts were available to answer any questions we had during our stay. 10/10 recommend!

#### Perfection in every way
My family stayed here on our California coast trip (kids ages 11, 15 and 17), and this eclectic, beautiful, clean, easy to navigate home was perfection. It is exceptionally clean and a PERFECT location in a cool neighborhood. The check in and our process was seamless. Highly recommend! And the piano was a beautiful bonus. The couches in the living room were so comfortable we now want to buy them for our house.

Traveled out to see our daughter who goes to school nearby for her spring break. The location is great - so near the park, 3 minute walk. The tennis courts are a 25 minute stroll, the ocean about the same. It was great having a full kitchen - all the needed appliances plus some, organized and easy to find. The patio is where I got most of my work done - peaceful. One note - the front of the home is on 19th Ave/ Highway 1 - if you are troubled by traffic noise - not the right fit. Internet - TV's - streaming - all worked well. Awesome having the bedrooms upstairs too - able to find peace when needed!

Our stay in this lovely home was just perfect for the 4 of us. We loved being able to park the car and be within walking distance of Golden Gate Park, many restaurants and Land’s End for a sunset hike. We had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable and so was the living area. The owner provided all information we needed in advance and was responsive to texts also. We would definitely stay here again.

#### Everything was great!!
We stayed here for several days while visiting San Francisco. The location was perfect…short walk to Golden Gate Park and a short drive/uber into the downtown area. It was on a main road which was always busy so be prepared for noise but it did not bother us at all. The house was well stocked with everything you would want/need and its eclectic style had treasures in every corner!! The hosts were kind and responsive. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again!!

#### Great spot in the Sunset District
Spent a great weekend at this spectacular home in the avenues of San Francisco. It's a vintage building with a lot of charm that has been updated with a real flair. Spacious, well furnished, lots of room to hang out and even a sizable backyard with patio furniture. The location is great, right in the heart of the Sunset District, literally a few steps from Golden Gate Park and innumerable shops and restaurants.

We enjoyed the property because we had room to spread out. The bedrooms we’re comfortable and the bathrooms were large with rain showers.

#### Beautiful home
We had a great time staying near the Golden Gate Park! The home was beautiful and comfortably furnished. The street noise was a little loud and bothered one of the five of us.
