Lovely backyard, best water pressure in the showers of any place I’ve ever stayed! Two bathrooms and three bedrooms. Small kitchen with full size fridge, sink and stove. Nice couch, tv (1 in bedroom) and small dining table. It’s not huge but very functional! Very comfortable beds and access to laundry right outside your door. This house was clean, and check-in/check-out were a breeze, but the listing is a bit misleading. It stated each bedroom had a queen bed, that the 3rd bedroom also had a double futon, and a double futon in the living room. However, there was no double futon in either space so even though the listing says it sleeps 7, it only sleeps 6. Towels and linens were supplied, but there were no hand towels for the bathroom nor was there a kitchen towel to dry dishes. The listing stated parking was available, but we didn’t realize that would mean parking on the street behind their vehicles since they were both in the driveway. The owners had stated quiet hours from 9PM to 7AM, but they did not respect those hours themselves. They were quite loud at night with their kids running around above us. There were a couple of nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby and a MUNI bus stop. It is close to the beach and zoo but pretty far from downtown and many attractions they were interested. Quiet hours are 9pm-7am per the listing but property owners were stomping around, kids running directly above our bedroom with loud TV until nearly 11pm both nights we were there.
