Violations will result in the loss of the security deposit and an additional de-smoking fee, totaling a $1,000 penalty. An ozone treatment will be necessary to remove the smell. ➤ QUIET HOURS: Amplified music and outdoor gatherings are not allowed after 9 pm to preserve neighborhood peace. You will receive one warning if we are notified of excessive noise, then will be fined $250 and/or asked to leave the property without a refund if we must warn you again. ➤ GUEST COUNT: Please inform us of the exact number of guests. Additional guests not reported will incur a $50 charge per person, per night starting at 9 pm. ➤ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: A $1000 penalty will be imposed for any unauthorized parties on the property. This ModLux rental was a perfect place to come back to after exploring all the fun things in the area. Comfy beds, open kitchen and a big gathering area for the fam. Bright colors, pacman games my dad couldn’t stop playing and an entire bedroom/kitchen suite downstairs with plenty of privacy. Very happy with our stay:) ##### Jennifer H. Our family enjoyed this beautiful home that includes everything you would need. The home is clean and well-equipped with everything our family needed. We just had to buy food!
