Jun 29, 2025 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Disgusting, Deceptive, and Completely Unacceptable This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The photos online are completely misleading — this place is rundown, filthy, and appears to have been mostly neglected for years. The only elevator was broken (and clearly has been for a while), forcing guests to lug luggage up multiple staircases with no offer of help. Zero rooms were ADA accessible. The room reeked of mold and mildew the second we walked in. We immediately brought it up to the front desk, who gave a weak excuse about the sprinklers being flushed and claimed they had windows open to air it out. It still stank the next morning — so badly that you could smell it from outside the room. It was unbearable, and we made the decision to leave early. When we asked for a refund, staff flat-out refused stating we would need to contact VRBO and insisted they “didn’t smell anything” and had no other rooms. Unbelievable.Inside, the room was in a state of disrepair. Mold in the bathroom, exposed wiring, an exhaust fan so loud it could be heard from outside, broken cabinet doors, and zero maintenance. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, and the layout made no sense — to use the bathroom from the second bedroom, you have to walk through the first. Basic comfort and safety standards were completely ignored.This hotel is a health hazard and a scam. It should not be operating in its current state.
