Dans l’ensemble, séjour plutôt positif. Hôtel bien placé, ambiance moderne, décoration contemporaine. Personnel aimable. Restaurant avec des têtes d’animaux nous a fait fuite. Dommage pour un hôtel de ce standing que le housekeeping et la réception ne soient pas irréprochables. Il y avait un trou dans le drap housse du lit, lequel même signalé à la réception n’a pas été changé. Le lit a été fait mais la chambre n’a pas été balayée le 2ème jour de notre séjour. La facture devait être envoyée par mail mais pas reçue à ce jour. Le lit n’est pas confortable.

Très bon hôtel.
Très bon hôtel (chambre moderne, lit confortable, salle de bain spacieuse - une vitre pour la douche, et pas un rideau douteux !! -). Juste à côté de la station de métro (BART) "Powell" (pratique quand on arrive de l'aéroport), des bus et des tramways (Market Street). Le quartier est animé, donc aucun problème quand on rentre tard (beaucoup de SDF/Drogués dans le centre de SF, ils ne sont pas agressifs, mais il vaut mieux une rue animée). Dans la chambre, on peut prendre l"option "Green" (la chambre n'est pas faite chaque jour) et on a un crédit de 10 dollars dans le mini-bar. Le personnel est sympa et serviable. Rien à redire !

La chambre que nous avions réservé (2 queen bed)n'était pas dispo à notre arrivée. Ils nous ont donné une "suite" avec 1 lit king size et un canapé convertible (120 cm et des ressorts bien présents pour 2 jeunes 16 et 19 ans, c'était pas terrible pour eux.) Malgré le fait que le personnel soit vraiment gentil et ont essayé de faire au mieux, nous avons été déçu par ce changement. Hôtel très bien situé et calme. Les chambres sont bien insonorisées.La déco est sympa et la salle de jeu est très agréable.

L'hotel est bien centré, de taille humaine, proche de tout avec un personnel accueillant, les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, bien insonorisées malgré la position centrale et l'animation qui règne au bar le soir. La décoration n'est pas tout a fait à la hauteur des photos. Le petit déjeuner inclu serait un plus...

La classe!
Vacances en famille (4 enfants de 16-14-6 et 3 ans). Nous sommes restés 2 nuits. Personnel sympa et très disponible. Hôtel très bien situé au centre ville. Chambre très propre, moderne et décoration très épurée. On avait réservé au départ 2 chambres pour 3 nuits. A notre arrivée pas de chambre disponibles pour nous. Ils nous ont logé dans un autre hôtel de la même classe non loin du port. Ils ont payé la nuitée y compris le taxi. Nous sommes revenus le lendemain, une suite luxueuse nous attendait mon mari et moi avec vin, gâteaux, jus de fruits, eau.... pour toute la famille. Quelle classe!!!! On ne pouvait pas rêver mieux après avoir parcouru les pars pendant 3 semaines. Très bon souvenir vraiment, nous le recommandons sans excitation et comptons y retourner lors de notre prochain voyage sur San Francisco.

Nous avons apprécié l'ambiance de l'hôtel ainsi que sa situation parfaite. Près des commerces et du train direct pour Ocean Beach. Le personnel est sympa et décontracté. Le petit-déjeuner est bon et le bar de l'hôtel animé avec une clientèle plutôt décontractée et branchée. La décoration originale et qui change avec les hôtels sans caractère des grandes chaines. Great service
From the time we checked in to the time we checked out, the staff was amazing and super helpful. The rooms were nice and featured fun amenities. The only drawback was the daily $35 "resort fee" That was a bit steep. We were told that was for the coffee and internet. (this is where I would insert an eyeroll emoji). Regardless, it was a great place. Make sure you go to the speakeasy there. fun!

this property was really nice and clean walking distance from a lot of things and had a very nice game room. only thing is the hand held shower head did not work and there is only valet, so not easy parking

Such a great hotel in the heart of the city. I love the lobby equipped with pool table, shuffle board, TVs and lots of seats. My only issue was that my room smelled like I lived above a restaurant all night. But I will stay again!

Really enjoyed our stay at hotel Zetta . Great location . Walkable to dining and shopping areas and the cable car turnaround . Staff was very friendly and accommodating . Definitely kid friendly as they have an awesome game room upstairs with ping pong a pool table shuffle board and a couple of pinball machines that were all free to play . Very affordable rates as well . Highly recommend

Unfortunately, the only conclusion possible is that some of their staff are not reliable and dishonest. A one-of-a-kind item went missing at the property and neither housecleaning nor their management were able to locate it. Extremely dissatisfying.
