Great location - Friendly staff

This hotel's location is it's selling point. It's very near Union Square and just a block from the SF visitor center and the major transportation hub of north SF. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. It felt very safe as well. The carpet was a little old and ratty, but everything was clean and the room amenities were typical of a similar hotel of this class. I was very pleased and would definitely stay here again.

Great location. I got the 2 twin bed room and it was perfect for just me. It is a little small but not bad.

This is my second time staying at Hotel Fusion and this time around I was fortunate to see the renovations that were made since my last visit. The rooms were updated and the lobby expanded into what was once a bar or club. The front desk workers were very helpful and informative. Rachel from the restaurant went out of her way to see if our stay included free breakfast as we were not sure. We didn’t get free breakfast but she gave us a discount coupon. Overall I would recommend Hotel Fusion for good service and centralized location in Union Square.

Hotel was fine. A bit warm, but I could crack open my window, which was nice. Neighborhood is located in central San Francisco. Near to many attractions, but also many sketchy areas.

How come no one cleans grout anymore?

Pros: Location, price. Nice quaint furnishings...
Location: Bath cleanliness. Would also be nice if the windows opened, but the window air conditioners would probably fall out...
Was a great deal compared to neighboring hotels charging hundreds of dollars per night more. But is it really that hard to clean the grout in the bathtub once a month? It's a small thing to do and would have raised the cleanliness factor so much!

The hotel is beautiful, lacks a bit of comfort and amenities: No microwave in the rooms, and poor noise cancellation between rooms. I could hear everything from all rooms around me. Also my back hurt every morning, the bed wasn't very comfortable.
