Beware, you pay a security deposit upfront and do not receive it back. Have tried to contact them multiple times to return it.. very disappointed. We checked out weeks ago.

The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. However, the rooms leave a bit to be desired. If you are sensitive to noise this would not be a good choice as you can hear the neighbors 100% of the time.

Definitely would stay again, right by lots of shops, china town, 15 minutes from chase center and easy to get around. Room was very clean and there was a room available for us to early check in at 7am as opposed to 3pm!

Beautiful lobby but rooms definitely need an update. Not a resort hotel. No resort ammeneties and no onsite parking. Only option was $65 per night valet. Not a good value.

This Hotel is very clean and everyone is very friendly. I loved their lobby area it had a lot of seating and a good look. My room was small but perfect for me. I was in town for a one day conference and I loved how close it was to everything. I would definitely come back and stay there.

Noisy ac but nice touches in the room
Really nice room with snacks, drinks, robe etc - location great and staff friendly. Ac unit is in window and noisy but can live with that. Bathroom a little dated but over all it was ideal place for my trip.

Our stay at the hotel was very good, the staff was incredibly accommodating we were able to check in early without any hassle. We felt very secure within the hotel, key card access elevator and staff at the front 24/7. Valet for car was very convenient and safe. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood itself is a little rough but otherwise I would absolutely recommend this hotel.
