The room smelled of cigarette smoke, shoddy patched hole in the wall, cracked toilet seat, shower barely got hot, and it sounded like the upstairs neighbor was gonna come through the ceiling. Staff was friendly, got us checked in and out right away.

Property room was clean with neatly made bed and floors bath shampoo, conditioner and body gel dispenser was mounted to bathroom counter instead of shower. Caulking around tubs cracking some and pulling away. “Continental breakfast” was lacking had cereal, bread and coffee. No juice, no eggs. Felt cheated by their advertisement

Nothing like the old review says
I was nervous about the reservation at this place because of the All review asked the front desk to show me the room before I check in. The room is great. I think they should get rid of the old reviews. The hotel is nothing like the reviews says. Staff is very friendly and professional I would definitely stay here again, and absolutely recommend this place.

Staff and conditions of the room is above and bey.

The staff could not have been more helpful. I was not impressed, however, by the fact that there was no hot water in my shower, so I had to move to another room. Guess that's what happens when you go to a budget motel.

Older property. Limited parking with tight corners and narrow driveways. Older furnishings, thin walls, poor wifi, it is a place to sleep and shower.

The room you have requested was an accessable room so there was a mattress protector that might have been noisy. Not sure. However sorry you were not happy with your stay. Wifi is good I was able to watch my shows on my firestick. Tub is my favorite. Soak in hot tub is anyone dream after a long day of work

1) sign for motel very small and not lit so difficult to locate motel entrance. 2) room interior quite large, clean improved condition. 3) great service - brought luggage stand to room when requested. 4) breakfast a little skimpy - maybe add some eggs and ability to cook them.

Wonderful staff. Clean and new rooms. Lady works in the front desk is so helpful offered me complimentary premium wifi since I have to attend important zoom meetings.

housekeeping needs attention to detail
My stay was short. For two nights. First day friday, we did not notice much. Sat when I was getting ready for work, my towel had tow holes. The soap dispensing would put out a droplet of soap at a time. It slowed the entire bathing .and room size was surprizingly small. Sat overnight the flush tank would not fill tank and shut off realiably. One had to adjust the level manually bu opening the tank lid. The housekeeping did take care of all this right away, but for a short stay, it helps next customer. Soap dispenser dispenses drop at a time. This is normal as i was told. That is surprizing. It is in such details that hospitality industry builds and keeps their branding.

As a solo traveler, I would not recommend this hotel. The driveway was poorly lit, making evening walks from the bus stop uncomfortable. There were homeless people eating the breakfast in the morning. Staff members were rarely at the front office, so it felt unsafe.

Reservation was not honored.
First, we arrived and were informed our reservation was given away to a "regular" who needed it. We were offered another suite instead. The room was barely comparable to a hotel 6 room. Cleary, the pictures of the hotel and rooms are from a long time ago. We cancelled and went somewhere else.

Staff was friendly and helpful, offered us a range of checkout options. Location was perfect as my wife had an MRI scan right across the street. Bit noisy with the room above us so I would recommend a top floor room if you can get it.
