It is cozy, clean and convenient hotel. The parking is good. The only issue is it is near airport so we can hear the flight even with window closed, but not very loud.

I like the location, the family room, the breakfast, it's superb! The transportation to the airport, the parking everything except some parts of the room we were in has a pungent odor near the window, not much but for a sensitive smelling person like me I can smell maybe the curtain. But given the chance to book again, I will go with Atrium.

The property was clean, organized and very nice! The staff was very pleasant! The room was a very nice size with an Arch architecture that made it even a better looking room. The bed was very comfortable! Very good area!

For the second time I have stayed in this hotel, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night pulling everyone staying in the hotel, outside of their rooms. It appears to be a false alarm that is malfunctioning. I will not stay in this hotel again.

Fine for one night. Don’t expect too much though.
This was perfectly fine for a one night stay the night before our flight. We caught the complimentary shuttle to the airport, the driver was so unhelpful. We were the last to be picked up and so myself, my husband and two children had to stand the whole way to airport as there were no seats left on the bus. The driver was so rude.
Room was comfortable enough for one night. No longer.

Very satisfied! Hotel was very clean, huge perk of free parking and free breakfast. Location couldn’t be better right next to San Francisco International. Am a fairly frequent visitor to the area and glad to have a go-to hotel!

Great sized room, close proximity to the airport. Phone did not work. Bathtub plug did not work. Staircase in the parking garage does not open from the outside. No signs were posted anywhere that it is for “emergency “ purposes only but that is what we were told.
