Ground floor in-law studio unit in Outer Mission home. This unit looks out onto the garden, which is a shared space with the 2 other units in this home. 30 day min stay. All rentals subject to the terms of our Rental Agreement to be provided by host after booking.  
  
This garden in-law unit:   
\- is part of a home with 2 other units that are separately rented out   
\- is on the back yard side of the ground floor, but has a couple steps to access  
\- has 1 Queen Bed, TV, 2 chairs and a small coffee table, small workstation   
\- has 1 full bathroom with shower and tub   
\- has no stove, but has a small space with a full size refrigerator and small bar sink
