Great location to restaurants and parks. Needs maintenance in a lot of areas for the house. Back yard could be very nice however unmaintained yard so there is no yard at all. Outside of all the windows is very dirty making it hard to see out of them. Old mattress in both rooms are very uncomfortable. Les is great at communicating with us before and after checkout. A good outside cleaning checking for small repairs, cleaning up the yard for guests and replacing old worn out furniture would make this cute old house worth it! ##### Jessica H. It is tastefully furnished with a kitchen that is well-equipped. The layout is perfect for families-- two bedrooms with additional rooms for studying/reading. There was an excellent amount of storage space and even laundry. If you're looking to spend an extended amount of time in the Bay Area, it is hard to imagine a better appointed and well located place than this one. So much to discover within walking distance-- Golden Gate Park, Balboa Street, the Presidio, and easy access to public trans and e-bikes. ##### GERALD H.
