Everything is clean and comfortable. The staff are extremely welcoming and do anything to make your stay the best experience it can be. They also do special events like movie night with popcorn and they did a free dinner one night I was there.
San Francisco, California, is home to a number of wacky residents. Consider yourself one of them during your extended stay in the City by the Bay.
When you spend extra time in SF, you can do more than the usual sightseeing activities. Make time to participate in those truly off-the-wall rituals of the city.
For starters, join Critical Mass. On the last Friday of every month, hundreds of cyclists ride through town on their way home, on their way out, or to simply join in the community spirit. While the movement is popular in other cities, it started right here in SF. Speaking of sports, if you’re a jogger, you may have a tradition of touching a certain marker before turning around. Ken Hopper, an iron-worker of the Golden Gate Bridge, noticed this behavior and created the Hopper’s Hands plaque that now hangs on the chain-link fence at Crissy Field. After a day in the outdoors, head into Castro Theatre. Built in 1922, it still has Roaring 20s charm, as well as a modern attitude. You can find all sorts of odd film festivals and sing-along events happening throughout the year.
You may also find yourself singing the praises of cheap rates on apartment hotels in San Francisco. Book right here on Expedia.ca to discover a wide range of discounts on top hotels in San Francisco, whether you’re looking for long-term accommodations or a simple inn for the night.
Come take part in San Francisco’s uniqueness during your long stay. Even if you just want to check out off-the-beaten path local eateries or avant-garde theatre shows, this city never runs out of activities for a curious traveller like you.
