We stayed at this place for the cow palace we walked there and back with no troubles. The only thing was that the key card was not working, but the manager there was alone and unlocking all the rooms by himself for anyone which I applaud. Poor guy was very stressed but still managed to be very nice and patient with everybody. I hope they get that key card situation figured out. We also checked in and out very easily!

Have hard time checking-in cause there was no Lve receptionist to assist us, only virtual assistant that we can not understand each other because the Audio was very poor. The virtual assistant made an error on our check-out date which was March 9, instead of March 10.But when we checked out on March 9, we were told by the receptionist named Vipul, that our check out date was Mar 10 and not Mar 9. But I told the receptionist to cancel Mar 10 for I was able to arrange with my girlfriend already if my guests can sleep with us on Mar 9 which she agreed.The receptionist told me that I have to call Expedia and tell Expedia that my guests only sleep for one night on Mar 8 only, so that Alpine can refund me thru Expedia the other night. Attached herewith is the receipt when we check-in for your perusal and review.

It’s a very great choice if you’re just staying near the airport for one to two nights. The price is very reasonable. But if you’re traveling, it’s not anything luxury. The air conditioning is broken in my room. I spent a very cold late night in room 102. I don’t know how other rooms’ air conditioners, but mine is not working. They say they’re going to repair it, I believe they would! Other than that, the bed is clean, everything is clean, the water is good, very warm.

We were surprised to be informed that check-ins from online booking ends at 10pm. Alpine Inn will make a new reservation in their website and declare a No-Show in the Expedia reservation. I am still waiting if Expedia will refund us.

Bad wifi and no one there could help me. Came to the front office several times and it was locked or no one was there. Hidden fees all over the place, $100 to get the room I booked because it was a king? 10 a day to park?

Nice place to stay. They charge for parking even though it's not stated on website. They have you do a virtual check in with no person available. Hard to hear him and they could not hear me. No privacy while checking in with your PII.

Was better than I expected! It was clean, quiet and our room had a smaller second room for the second bed that I wasn't expecting. It offered more privacy for each person and also made the entire room feel bigger. Check in/out was a bit strange since they have a person working virtually thru a kiosk. My process was smooth but it would've felt safer knowing there was an actual person at the property

Never received a room key due to technical difficulties, felt like an inmate not being to leave his cell. Check in was very complicated with the kiosk, lights in room working intermittently. Was going to be an extra charge to park in the parking lot and still had to give info I my license plate after declining to park there. Ice machine was broken. Very loud people throughout the night. Curtains to short for the curtain rod to block outside light. How anyone has them at 4 stars leads me to believe ownership is writing the reviews. Worst motel experience ever.

Reviewing your stay, it appears that you booked your first night through Hotels.com. As our business is not owned by Hotels.com, nor do we own Hotels.com, we are unable to modify third party bookings. This means that any additional nights must be booked as a separate reservation. Regarding the housekeeping: due to covid restrictions, we are unable to offer daily housekeeping. This policy is outlined in several places, including the website on which you booked, in the confirmation email you received after booking, on the registration form which you signed during check-in (on which you selected "NO" for housekeeping - a copy of this registration form has been sent to you separately). However, we are always available to offer fresh towels, etc... between cleanings. We hope that this clarifies some of your concerns and that we will see you again soon, during which we will be able to provide a more perfect experience. Have a great day!

The internet went down before I arrived at the hotel, after waiting 1.5 hours in my car with a young child in my car, I was directed to a "sister hotel" in the area. Three other people who got there after I did were directed to and given the option for another stay before I was, I spoke with reception after already waiting 30 minutes due to the sign on the front door that they were having difficulty and would open soon, who said they would update me immediately, and I had to go back in and follow up after seeing people leave the Parking lot. I also heard another person waiting mention they had been given the sister hotel option one hour before I was and when I inquired I was told options were being figured out.
