This beautiful, spacious 3,000 sq ft villa is nicely furnished and comes with wireless internet and cable access. There is a full recently upgraded kitchen, a formal dining room for a romantic or family dinner, or dine in the family room to just relax and take in the ocean view. There are laundry facilities, hot and cold water, back-up water tanks, security gate and lights. We recommend that you enjoy the the seasonal fruits and pick some coconuts to your leisure. This budget-priced villa is your retreat away from home. Restaurants, fast food outlets and a casino are just minutes from the villa. The popular GULF CITY MALL also minutes away, is famous for its fine caribbean cuisines and shopping, has access to major banks and food marts, and a great place to browse and enjoy the atmosphere. It had all the essentials such as towels and pots and pans. I recommend checking in on the earlier side because the check-in walkthrough does take time. I felt like I needed to take notes because I couldn't remember all the information given. Nevertheless, the manager was very responsive and patient when I needed help such as correctly operating the water pump and dryer. The location is very residential and there was no where to walk to. The property manager provided lots of drinking water. However, the roof leaked on the main floor. We had to lay out buckets and mats. This was never resolved the entire time we were there. The day we checked in the two smoke detectors upstairs were beeping and required a battery change. This was done two days later. We had to wash the towels and bedding ourselves as not enough was provided for the stay. I’ve never been in an Airbnb that I had to wash the linen myself. We had to ask for handsoap and toiletpaper. The iron did not work. The property manager brought another iron that again did not work. Someone dropped off an third iron but by that time we didn’t need it anymore. Saw roaches on the main floor. The place was pricey and I expected something better. The view from the back patio ovwr looking the sea allowed us to spend most of our time there, having breakfast together Nd picking coconut and other fruits on the property. Easy access to the gulf cuty, supermarket and 30mins drive to the beach. The owner Rae was very easy to get allong with and very accommodating. Nov 30, 2013 #### Great place especially for a large group We traveled to Trinidad with a large group for a wedding and were so very happy that we found a house large enough to accommodate our group of 10 people. This was so much better than staying in several different hotel rooms and MUCH more economical. The house was spacious...the view beautiful and the yard inviting. We had a GREAT time and I know it was because we were all able to stay in the same house which enabled us to make some wonderful memories. That being said, the owners compasion towards us during our time of need helped comfort us and as well we was refunded part of our money back. Now how many people can say that they have ever been given that kind of customer service. The time that we did get to spend at this beauty house and property was absolutely magnificent. We had a wonderful time relaxing. This house is very clean and welcoming. The description of this place does not do it justice. The property it's self is kept well maintain with, the coconuts; oranges, plums, limes and pears(avocados) ect. The view of the ocean from the front bedrooms balcony and the beautiful sunset was lovely. We wished that our stay was longer but we had to leave.We definitely will be returning back this year 2012 and recommend this as a peaceful and safe get way. Donna ##### Donna F. It was absolutely WONDERFUL. We had such a great & relaxing time there. The house was clean and welcoming. The listing's description was more than accurate. It was like a home away from home. We wished our stay was longer. Our children are 11 & 13 yrs old and they played in the back yard, enjoying the trees and flowers. We relaxed on the side porch watching the birds and flowers. We loved seeing the view of the ocean and the beautiful sunset. It is close to downtown, the mall, and there is a nearby restaurant. We will definitely recommend this as a great get away and we look forward to staying there again. ##### Colleen H.
