The 90 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This vacation rental offers a private outdoor area with a pool, open terrace, and covered terrace. Free parking is available on the street. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Please ensure there is no noise in the pool area after 10:00 pm. Violating any rules will result in the automatic cancellation of your reservation. This property is newly built so everything is brand new and very clean. we felt safe with the concrete fence around the property, has a private pool, and everything you need to make you feel at home this property has it. washer, a big size refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, microwave, oven toaster, all you need is to buy your groceries to make a meal. but if you don’t like to cook there is a local restaurant just a few feet away from the property food was good and cheap but it’s a cash only and you won’t find it on google. I highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in San Fernando.
