« Las Palmas is such a hidden gem in San Felipe! The grounds were lovely and well kept, and the rooms were older but very clean and had everything we needed. The big surprise was the restaurant, Alfredo's! It was gorgeous and the service was awesome, and the food is delicious. We had a cheese plate and shared the famous fetticuni alfredo, which was very good. Clemente the bartender was awesome and told us a ton of history about the restaurant and hotel. « I was giving a hotel room and claimed that I reserved a panoramic room. I stated that the the pictures are misleading. So because of my questioning the girl at the office mentioned I was getting upset and eventually stated I was not welcomed and should cancel the reservation. We ended staying anyway. Got to the room and the TV did not give channels. Their was a card for how to login for wifi. Info did not work. I asked the girl at the office for correct wifi login. She did nothing about it....

« 5 stars! The host was very kind, the place was beautiful, comfortable, and very well suited for our pet, who we brought with us. We had a great time and communication with the young lady who was there was always excellent and very helpful. The only small issue was with the man we first communicated with over the phone before arriving and briefly upon arrival. He came across as a bit rude, short, and unfriendly.
