Forget about splitting up into a bunch of different hotel rooms when you can spend time together without feeling cramped and crowded in this gorgeous 4500 sq. ft. San Felipe beach home. This home is located in the Rancho Percebu community lies approximately 30 minutes south of San Felipe in Baja California, situated at kilometer 21 along the San Felipe - Puertecitos Highway. It is known for its incredible beaches where families can catch breathtaking sunrises in the morning or gaze out into the stars at night. Noteworthy nearby attractions include the Puertecitos Hot Springs and the Valley of the Giant Sahuaros. For easy day trips from Rancho Percebu, try exploring Gonzaga Bay and Alfonsinas. These excursions along the coast will be something you never forget. Staying in this beautiful beach house means you are a quick drive to San Felipe, a quiet fishing community known for its great local food, vibrant nightlife, water sports, and welcoming community. This sprawling beachfront vacation rental home has two levels of living space, a chef's kitchen, multiple lounge areas, and balconies that overlook the water. Families can challenge each other to a friendly game of pool or foosball, or sip margaritas in the sun. Each room has been expertly designed for comfort and convenience, and small details Like flat-screen TVs, plenty of outlets to keep your devices charging, and kitchen essentials make it easy for your whole family to move right in, get comfortable, and slip into vacation mode. If you prefer to order-in, you have many choices including an on-site cafe where you can order your mails. All five bedrooms are spread out and split between the first and second floor, giving couples, families, and kids plenty of privacy and room to spread out. Some of the bedrooms have multiple beds, making it easy to keep families and smaller children together. Most of the bedrooms have private balcony or patio access, and I'll come complete with comfortable mattresses, high-end linens, and plenty of storage space to keep all of your belongings organized. The three spacious full bathrooms spread throughout the home make it easy for large groups to get ready for a busy day exploring the community.
