Casa Roja Rental Home - Taste of San Felipe

Casa Roja is an exotic, luxurious and relaxing vacation rental located in the Los Medanos North section of San Felipe's premier vacation resort - El Dorado Ranch. 

As you drive up the road and begin to catch a glimpse of your vacation rental, the master piece in architecture called Casa Roja, easily impresses with it's unique and exotic design set in San Felipe's beautiful desert landscape. If you see hints of Mediterranean and Spanish architectural influences in Casa Roja.  All influences are beautifully harmonized.

By now, you may have figured out why the name Casa Roja. If not, Casa Roja was named after its vibrant red color.

Step inside and you will be in awe courtesy of over 2000 square feet of luxurious living space.  The architecture is such that from almost any corner of the interior, there are views to outside.  Living room has very comfortable leather chairs with a chimney to use on cooler nights.

The kitchen area is designed for entertaining.  The center of attraction in the kitchen is the island.  This island is well placed with lots of space to move around.  Bar stools by the kitchen island makes it fun to hangout, prepare meals and have drinks all at the same time.

There are 3-bedrooms.  The master bedroom has a queen bed, while the second bedroom has two twin beds. All beds have soft mattresses which will leave you feeling super relaxed and energized each morning. Third bedroom has a queen bed.

Step outside onto the porch and you find seating to enjoy the outdoors and entertain friends.  At night, throw some wood in the fire-pit and enjoy some outdoor quality time.

El Dorado Ranch is a gated community. This community is patrolled 24x7 by security and is very safe.  In addition to secure surrounding, you get to enjoy all the resort amenities including swimming pools, tennis courts, pickle courts and a private beach.

Check-in after 8PM is $25 extra

RESORT PASS AND SWIMMING POOL PASS

This resort requires guests to have passes to access the resort and pools
The passes are only issued directly to guests - Tgis requires guest to visit one more office after check-in
Regular hours for issuing passes to guest is between 8AM - 4:30PM
If you arrive after 4:30PM, we check-you in as usual, but you will need to go to resort office the next day to pick up your passes.
If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will not be able to use the swimming pool on arrival day because you won't have the required passes. You can use the pool once you pick up your passes the following day.
Pool hours are 9AM - 10PM
