It is designed for seamless indoor and outdoor living and provides open living areas, outdoor entertainment spaces, a fully furnished kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and locally inspired decor. The open concept floor plan allows guests to move freely from one room to the other, and floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors provide breathtaking views of the beach from almost every point in the home. The main living room features a modern leather wrap around sofa, two comfortable armchairs, and a classic wooden coffee table. This living area is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows that offer breathtaking views of the outdoor patio and the ocean. This living room has a wall mounted flat-screen TV and is perfect for a family game night for binge-watching your favorite shows. The living room transitions effortlessly into the impressive gourmet kitchen. With dramatic stone columns, granite countertops, beautifully tiled floors, and exposed wood-beam ceilings, this beautiful kitchen has everything you need to make meals at home. The kitchen features custom cabinets, and extended snack bar with high-top seating, and all of the kitchen gadgets and accessories you need to feel right at home. Stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, a large sink with chrome features, and open views into the rest of the house come together for a kitchen the family chef will fall in love with. Standing at the kitchen sink, you can look out over the snack bar and into the formal dining area. This open floor plan allows guests to spread out between all of the common areas while still feeling close and connected. The main dining room is a beautiful addition to this recently upgraded home. The large square dining room table provides seating for eight. A large sliding glass door leads from the dining room out to be outdoor entertainment area. Off of the kitchen, you will find two main bedrooms. The first bedroom to the right of the kitchen features a King size bed, tiled floors, flat screen TV, and two reclining leather chairs. This plush King size bed is covered in high-end linens and a decorative comforter, and the white, tan, and yellow color palette of the room creates a warm and welcoming vibe. A wall of floor-to-ceiling windows allows plenty of natural light to flood the room, and the brick dome ceiling adds character to the room. This master suite offers private access out to the waterfront patio. This master suite has a gorgeous, spa-inspired private bathroom. This bathroom is complete with an open stone shower, separate soaking tub, beautiful vanity area with his and hers sinks, and plush towels. Directly across the hall from this master bedroom is a second bedroom. This cozy room features a King size bed, locally inspired artwork, and name brand linens. This bedroom also has its own bathroom, complete with an open-faced walk-in shower, toilet and single sink. A small hallway off of the main dining room area leads to the remaining bedrooms. As you head down the hall, you will find a half bathroom on your left, followed by a spacious bedroom. This bedroom features a Queen size bed, classic wood nightstands, bedside tables, a small corner sitting area, and sliding glass doors that lead out to the beachside patio. The views from this bedroom are breathtaking and create a relaxing and tranquil space to fall asleep. Directly adjacent to this bedroom is a second living area. This quiet lounge area features two plush armchairs in front of a sleek wall-mounted flat-screen TV. This is an excellent place for kids to watch their favorite shows while the adults enjoy Margaritas, chips and salsa, and their favorite movies out in the main living room. A half bathroom is located right off of this secondary living room and is complete with toilet, single vanity area, and open-faced stone shower. This small hallway wraps around towards the back of the house and into the final bedroom. This spacious room features a plush Queen size bed, beautifully tiled floors, and plenty of storage space for your clothing and personal belongings. A beautiful wooden door on the other side of this hallway leads from the house down into the private garage. This two-car garage with beautifully tiled floors also features a private washer and dryer and laundry sink. One of the highlights of this home is the beautiful beachfront entertainment area. This red stone private patio overlooks the beach and features multiple lounge areas for ultimate outdoor entertainment. Brew some coffee in the coffee maker in the kitchen and bring it outside to the patio to enjoy each morning. Sit on the beautifully tiled stone picnic table overlooking the water, and take in the sights and sounds of the ocean first thing in the morning. Pop open the large green outdoor umbrella to provide shade during the afternoon. As the sun goes down, bring your favorite drinks and sit around the gorgeous stone fire pit. There are plenty of outdoor chairs for all guests and even a few of their friends. A classic Mexican-inspired outdoor shower allows guests to wash the sand off before heading into the house. This private patio wraps around most of the house, providing a quiet retreat for guests to escape to. Parts of the patio are covered, so you can still enjoy the views during the occasional San Felipe rain shower. This 3200 square foot home offers some of the most incredible beach views in the area. This house is perfect for family getaways, a girls trip, or family reunions. Everything about this home was designed to give the modern traveler the luxury vacation they've worked so hard for. When you are not soaking up the sun on your private patio or cooking dinner for your family in the chef inspired kitchen, chances are you will be exploring the area. There is no provisions for a backup generator. With no power there is no refrigerator or water supply since the house is on a pump system with a water storage tank. Could not flush toilets or wash dishes. The water heater is propane and would only get the water lukewarm, when the power was on and you could take a shower. The house doesn't have any heat either. We were ready to cut our trip short after 3 nights of this. Management had us relocate to another house which was not beach front like we had rented. This company will not refund any money under any circumstances. After our stay at the first house, the management company charged my credit card for damage that was already there when we arrived. If renting from this company go over everything with a fine tooth comb and report anything immediately to the management. In our case there was a candle on a wood table in the living room that had a burn mark hidden by the candle and a small tear in the couch. Did not find the burn mark until we moved the candle to the dining table on the second evening when we had to use it for light. The candle was never lit while on the living room table. I will never rent from this company again. I have reported this to Vrbo and my credit card company. Another note of interest is the company will only take cash for the second payment. No other form of payment is accepted. This means traveling in Mexico with a large amount of cash. ##### Terry B.
