Accommodating up to 8 guests, this newly furnished apartment is suited for a comfortable holiday with direct access to a patio for outdoor dining as well as a private fenced garden for the little ones to have a great time. There are amenities like air conditioning and central heating to enable year-round comfort for all guests. Inside, this holiday rental is spread across three floors where the ground floor welcomes you to a living room with a comfy sofa single, a a double bedroom and a bathroom.  
  
An internal staircase leads to the first floor with a bedroom, a living room and a dining area with a well-appointed kitchen with essentials such as a cooker hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge and freezer, rounding up a carefree holiday. On the same floor, there is a double bed and a bathroom. On the second floor, there are two more bedrooms, leading to the third floor with another double bedroom and an ensuite bathroom. Additionally, there is a washing machine and public parking space for added convenience. Also, the peaceful secondary road location, with free WiFi, makes this villa suitable for both work and leisure.

In Salò, the recently inaugurated \\"MuSa - Museo di Salò\\" promises an enriching cultural experience in a 10-minute car ride from the apartment. Guests can drive for 10 minutes to Bau Beach and a lido, Beach Baia del Vento. The Portese Church is a minute away from the apartment. For outdoor enthusiasts, there is Parco delle Colline Moreniche for hiking, a 35-minute drive away.  
  
Meanwhile, for those who love leisurely strolls and pebble beaches, the historic centre of Gargnano with its charming lakeside promenade is a 30-minute car drive. Guests can plan a visit to Vittoriale degli Italiani, a 20-minute drive, to explore its architecture and drive through the charming streets of Gardone Riviera. Also, a 40-minute drive to Sirmione, a medieval town, is a destination famous for its thermal baths. For your convenience, the nearest supermarket and restaurants are a mere 15-minute drive from your holiday rental. The nearest international airport, Valerio Catullo Airport, is approximately a 50-minute drive from the apartment.
