### Tranquil & Bright - Normal Heights Delight
Adorable and private apartment located in one of the best neighborhoods of San Diego, with close proximity to North Park. This apartment is right next to Highway 805, which makes it convenient to many popular tourist destinations and is walking distance to many local cafes, restaurants and bars. If you are looking to explore outside of North Park, it is only a 10-15 minute drive to the airport, Pacific Beach, the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Downtown San Diego, and Coronado Island!
Guests are given full privacy with contactless check-in and out.
Normal Heights is filled with great restaurants and bars. It is very walkable and welcoming. Just steps away is North park, which provides additional options for food and entertainment!
Guests will be able to access the entirety of the space enclosed by the surrounding fence. The owner lives at the house on the front of the property, but gives the guest full privacy to enjoy their stay.
The apartment is stocked with everything you might need for your stay. We provide cooking supplies, fresh sheets and towels, a smart TV, mini-split air conditioning/heating, washer/dryer, and more! Enjoy the private outdoor space, charcoal grill, and free parking!
There are several bus stops located within walking distance of the rental!
PLEASE NOTE:
\- If you book within 24 hours of check in, please note that we may not be able to guarantee a 4pm check-in depending on our cleaning team’s schedule and if there is a same-day turnover, it may be delayed up to 6 pm. Please check with us after booking to confirm your check-in time.
\- This rental is located within walking distance to many restaurants and bars in the area, and just a short walk to the wonderful North Park neighborhood!

This property was amazing! Couple of things I will mention is for the price they charge I felt like we should have been allowed to check in earlier than 4 pm to enjoy the area more and relax before our event I was not aware of check in time till after the payment But the owners were very nice and the property was super clean and comfortable in a very safe area Thank you!
