This freestanding home in North Pacific Beach bordering La Jolla, has been beautifully crafted and has a spacious, family feel. When entering the home from the extra large double garage, you will walk into the Master Guest Suite that has a king size bed, large screen TV, ensuite bathroom and even provides a refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster oven. The bathroom has a tub shower combo with vanity and WC. The Master Guest Suite is an apartment unto itself with an outside patio area that provides a table and seating for 4\. This is a great room for guests in your party that prefer a little privacy. Walking up the carpeted stairs you will be welcomed into a gourmet kitchen with Kitchen Aid appliances, fully stocked cupboards with all the accessories to cook to your hearts content. There is plenty of counter space and a breakfast bar for your convenience. Off the kitchen is the dining area with seating for 6 under the chandelier. The living room has a sofa sleepers, a fire place and large screen TV with cable and Wifi. Just off the living room is a large patio perfect for al fresco dining. Very clean, beautifully decorated and designed and very comfortable. We’re a family of 4 with two teenage sons. Everyone got their own room with a king bed and a bathroom. We all had more than enough space. The living room was very comfortable and the kitchen was well laid out and stocked with appliances and utensils. We did laundry as well without any problems. The location was convenient for trips all over San Diego. We only ate at one restaurant in the area, Oscars. We went several times and it was great because it’s right around the block. Incredible tacos and reasonably priced, which is saying a lot for San Diego. Beach access if simple. Not easy if you’re carrying a lot of stuff but still close to the house. It’s a great area for running and walking and a few blocks down there is access to the boardwalk which has lots of shops and restaurants and is great for running and walking. Enjoy! ##### John D. We stayed here with friends for a week's vacation. Condo was extra clean when we got there, very spacious, and the patio was lovely (roof deck was still unavailable, but we didn't really miss it). Of interest if you have small children: our friends and their baby were in the downstairs suite, we were upstairs in the master with our two year old, and neither of us could hear the other's kid cry at night. :) The location is great as well- the proximity to the beach made it easy to walk down there with two young children. The company was very responsive: when the garage door opener stopped working they immediately sent someone to fix it, and when we decided we needed a beach wagon to haul kids and toys around, it was delivered the next day. All around great, seamless experience, even checkout was easy- no long list of cleaning tasks to get through! Loved it, would absolutely stay here again. If I had one suggestion it would be that the kitchen could use a few more tools; we had to buy a wine opener that we left behind for future guests. :) Thanks for a great stay! ##### Jenan K. The spacious garage was an added bonus and it was nice to be able to walk to iconic eateries such as Oscars. The kitchen is nice and spacious for preparing family meals. We were a little disappointed that the rooftop deck was off limits due to a structural concern, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Very convenient because parking is hard to find. Rooftop deck was blocked off and inaccessible which was a bummer but the second level patio was very nice and we spent a lot of time out there. Kitchen was fairly well stocked (bring a wine bottle opener) and spacious. The garage was huge and fit two SUVs with no trouble. Having the extra garage door opener was nice so that we didn’t have to get out of the car and use the code every time. This house was perfect for the 6 of us with the downstairs bedroom, mini kitchen, and full bath being perfect for the family with the baby. Highlights: 3 king beds (very hard to find at other rentals), super comfortable beds, very quiet neighborhood, we all slept great Great location - on tourmaline beach (surfers only) but only blocks from pacific beach good for swimmers and boogie boards as well. In between pacific beach and bird rock/la Jolla which has great food, beaches, boardwalk for running or biking, excellent coffee and pastries and shopping Reasonable amount of things you need provided- soap, shampoo/conditioner, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent No issues with check in or check out. Located across the street from Tourmaline Beach. My only beefs were that the property is surrounded by apartments so the weekends were noisy and felt like party central. Also, the next door neighbor smoked pot 3-4 times/day and cigarettes throughout the day. Was a problem because his porch was 4 feet from our living room window which we could never open because of his smoke. The street noise from Mission Blvd could also be annoying. ##### Rhonda R.
