The pool is serviced weekly. \- Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental. \- Our wooden stairs may be slippery. Please watch your step. \- Fireplaces are NOT available for use. \- The garage is NOT available for use. \- Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee. \- Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee). \- Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment. There are some parts of the house that are showing their age, but nothing detrimental to the overall enjoyment. The palms are beautiful, but they definitely drop a lot of debris into the pool. We enjoyed having space for our family to stay. We loved the location. It was easy to get to the Zoo, downtown, and any other activities we had planned. The teenagers enjoyed the pool while the adults enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen had plenty of dishes for us to cook our meals, and even had a few staples we forgot to purchase at the store. We only had two minor complaints. 1) The bed in the downstairs bedroom seemed like a full size bed, not a queen. Because of this our grandparents had to use the stairs to sleep in the larger bed.
