I arrived a little early and the lady at the front seat was rude and unfriendly and said they are short staffed and they didn’t have any rooms ready and that check in is 330 I showered the text and she said yeah it wrong. I sat in my car for an hour watching the rooms get cleaned. I went back in at 315 and she said they would not have any rooms ready for 20 minutes and that I could sit and wait. There was another person waiting. Somehow at 330 all the rooms became clean and she was able to check 3 people in. I didn’t get the revered room type that I reserved and the tv didn’t work either. They even called me to confirm earlier that day. Sandra didn't know what to do - so she her manager. The manager was supposed to get right back with another option. We got tired of waiting and ended up sleeping in the car!
