As described and close to the beach. We stayed with myself, husband, mother and 2 young girls. It was a full house, but we stayed so busy we had no issue feeling comfortable. The couch pulls out and easily created a bed that fit my 6 and 7 year old comfortably. For the price and location in San Diego you really can't beat it!
