Horrible parking, dirty room. First room gave to us wasn’t even cleaned up dirty towels on the floor still.

We knew nothing about that part of San Diego at all, but were pleasantly surprised at how close we were to our concert venue. So close we decided to walk rather than figure out parking. The help was very good and left us extra towels, the bed was firm and comfy, but nobody cleaned the room during our 2-night stay. Basically, okay if you're not looking for luxury.

property was gross super dirty. The room was just disgusting. going upstairs smells like pee. nothing is taken care no room service. they won't offer any towels unless you asked. garage parking is so small and who ever lives there in the place purposely parks their car awkward so guests have to park outside. i rather pay 100 more dollars to get something better than this.

the staff were all very kind, but not often present. The room itself was alright, just not very clean. Stains on the walls, sink, lots of hair and dust.

They did not give us towels. The pillows were dirty. The whole place was super dirty and sketchy. I was honestly kind of scared lol

no towels in the room, bath tub clogged not able to take a shower and to make it worse first day front desk send to a room in which was already given to another person ,when I open the room 1 person was sleeping in the Bed. In my way of checking out at 9 a.m. nobody in front desk. What type of Hotels Expida let them in to their web site I thought that company have high standard levels, second time I used EXPEDIA and I am very disappointed
