I was worried that the room would be tight for our family with adult and teen children. There was more than enough room for all of us! The close location to the beach made the stay so easy and relaxing! There was ample parking for our Suburban and the garage allowed us to store beach chairs & boogie boards. It definitely looked better in the photos. Lots of repair needed: blinds were broken, not one screen (which would be great because there’s no AC), no dishwasher even though the listing said there was one, one shower hardly worked, I had to contact Penny Realty to get the entry info about 18 hours before check-in. It was very obvious no one lived there. However, it was less expensive for the area so we should have known it was a more bare bones property.
