Bay Park Policies & What to Expect Arrival/Departure Policy: Check in time is 3 pm and strictly enforced. (From Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, check-in is at 4pm) Check out time is 11 am. Please follow all instructions for your arrival and departure in our email and phone call correspondence. There is signage around the home to assist with the use of amenities and questions that you may have during your stay. We are available too, even after hours-give us a call! To properly vet a guest with such short notice requires the following; a “selfie” photo specifically of the booking guest’s face and holding either a Driver’s License, Passport or State ID photo under their chin. We are just looking for a name to match and the photo on the ID to match that of the person in the selfie. This can be sent by email or text to our company email address. Additionally, we need to confirm guest details such as payment, contact information, applicable check-in time, number of guests and ages, any pets, etc. This process is required, and if a guest refuses to comply then the reservation will be canceled. We have found this procedure to be successful in avoiding fraud, and protecting all parties! We were more than happy with our experience. The property was well maintained, well stocked for out of towners (including detergent for doing laundry and toiletries in the bathroom), and very cozy! We appreciated the extra blankets in each room and the games available to play. Although we didn’t use the hot tub or outdoor space, the area was so cute. Would highly recommend! ##### Sara T. Property could use a few more essentials in the kitchen. One dish towel and one cutting board wasn’t quite enough when cooking for a family. The bedroom lights were tricky because they were on the same remote frequencies with one another. We very much enjoyed the outside areas. We would visit again. ##### Crystal V. It would be a great place for a small group. One thing I did not like was there are two properties using that large outdoor space and neither party knows who the other is. My sole reason for renting this space was proximity to family close by, safety and ease of parking. King size bed was nice but bathroom was the least good thing about this property. ##### Denise S.
