Great for a single person or a couple. Good location, close to city and the zoo. We stayed 5 nights and had great communication from the property manager with my few questions, who also checked in on us after we arrived to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Close to everything, and the dog park is a short walk away and really nice! The only thing we would suggest is a nightstand by the bed and some hooks in the closet, more shelving in the bathroom, and stock plenty of tp-we ran out and had to use our own stash. But overall it was a wonderful experience! We would definitely stay again. The 4 star rating is due to the parking-it was street parking only, but the listing stated onsite parking, the owner quickly updated the listing once I clarified-most of the time we were parked on the same street, once we had to go around the corner, not ideal, but was ok.
