We loved the proximity and easy access to Mission Beach. The southern part of mission beach didn't seem as crowded as the area around Belmont Park which was perfect for us.The 2-car garage had plenty of room for our rental minivan. There is no AC inside the house but it was not a problem to use the ceiling fans. The only minor issue we found during our stay was that in the morning you could hear the airplanes taking off, but that is more of an issue with ALL the homes in the area not just this property. The rooms were large and comfy plenty of bathrooms and the kitchen worked very well and was well stocked. We were easy walking distance from the beach, one and a half block and all the children have no problem caring their beach toys and getting to ocean. We were so close to the beach you could easily run back to the house and pick up something and then come back.There were bikes, boogie boards, a wagon and sand toys in the garage – everything you could want. The plumbing throughout the house was not in good condition, and the place needed a major clean up. My hunch is that we were there at the end of the season and everthing was still within acceptable levels. House was stocked with enough gear for cooking and grilling plus the garage had bikes and cars for the boardwalk and beach. For those not familiar with MB, it’s a quieter area than further north, but still had some neighbors that did not respect the 10pm-8am quiet time and it is in the flight pattern of the airport. All expected for the area though and why we pack ear plugs. :) A great house with plenty of space for our group of 6 to spread out. We’d definitely stay again. Thanks for sharing! ##### Tammy H. We were looking for a place close to the beach yet close to a few colleges we were going to check out for my daughter and the condo hit the mark. One row from the beach and walking distance to some restaurants. The WiFi was great for my kids to do zooms at the same time which was a big concern. Loved the rooftop for breakfast every morning and listening to the surf at night. Would definitely stay again, actually planning our next trip. ##### Jason E. Loved having the third bathroom and attached garage. The location was great and walkable to nearby restaurants and attractions yet far enough away to thin out the beach.
