With beds for 10, it’s perfect for families or groups traveling together. There are places to socialize or relax on all three levels, starting with the enclosed front patio with ocean views. Two full size parking spots are a rare find! Book now! The Space: The space 3- story home with 3 bedrooms plus large sleeping loft. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. Large Loft sleeps 4 more in beds 3 full baths with on-demand hot water means you’ll never run out. Vaulted ceilings, open living space, large dining area, full kitchen. Kitchen is well stocked by owners who love to cook. Home is well maintained and beautifully decorated. High speed internet, smart TV. Free Speed Queen washer/dryer in garage for your exclusive use Parking: 2 parking spots large enough for SUVs. One is a garage spot and one is an outdoor spot large enough for your biggest vehicle. Recently installed wider garage doors make accessing garage parking easier. Location: On Pacific Ocean side of Mission Beach. Two houses between us and the beach Walk to beach in under 30 seconds. Third bedroom has a cozy queen bed, located on main living floor. Large loft area with two twins and a queen bed. Outdoor areas: Enjoy outdoor areas on every level. On the second floor off main living area, the “coffee porch” is a favorite spot for our guests to gather. On third floor, roof deck has stunning 360 degree views of beach, bay, and Belmont Park. Heating & Cooling: Please be aware there is NO Air conditioning in the home. There are plenty of ceiling fans and standing fans. The house was perfect for our family of five and we had room to spare. It was less than a minute from the beach and there were plenty of beach chairs, towels, and toys.
