This 2nd level unit is located in a 3-unit property on a desirable corner lot with an exterior beachy mural designed by a local artist. Features include 1br + 1ba, sleeps 2, 50” SMART TV with cable, & dog friendly (unfortunately no cats). NO PARKING included with this unit (see “parking” section below). \*Note no A/C in this home, fans are provided. INTERIOR HIGHLIGHTS Newly remodeled from head to toe! 1 flight of stairs will lead you to our charming beach home that includes new furniture, furnishings & décor. This front unit is lined with windows that allows lots of natural sunlight. The main living area also features dual chairs great for overlooking the bay, dining nook with seating for 2, & high end kitchen with stainless steel appliances, new white cabinets, & sleek white quartz counters. The br includes 1 Queen bed, 50” Samsung SMART TV with cable, built-in closet, & 1ba (shower). OUTDOOR + OTHER FEATURES • 1 dog ok (friendly breeds only please) • Surf and swim-friendly bay & Mission Bay Sports center for water rentals just steps away • Ocean located across the street • Shared washer/dryer located on the ground level • 2 beach chairs & 2 beach towels PARKING Parking is not included with this unit. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30. • OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2\. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight. • AIR CONDITIONING | Please refer to your specific property if air conditioning is provided. If the advertisement does not say that air conditioning is offered, than the home does not have air conditioning. Note that the majority of area homes do not have air conditioning due to the mild year-round San Diego coastal climate (average approximate 65 degree year-round temperatures, with Summer averages at approximately 69 degrees!). The place I rented from Surf Style was the best I have experienced so far: exceptionally clean, great location, and easy and friendly communications with the managers. Oct 21, 2021 #### Charming Unit, Peaceful Vacay I had a peaceful & quiet vacation getaway. I didn't have to drive anywhere, I laid on the beach everyday to get some sun, & enjoyed going back to the charming unit that was clean and had everything I needed. Great space for 1 or 2 people. Clean, well equipped, management was very response to the one request I had. My only suggestion would be to put a dimmer switch on the recessed lights in the kitchen and bedroom. Aug 6, 2025 Liked: Communication Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in #### Disappointed My boyfriend and I were in town for a few days and decided being close to the beach would be ideal. When we arrived, the property was not clean - garbage still in the trash, bed not made/sheets not changed, towels on the floor. The property manager was new and was over very quickly and reached out to have the maids come in the next few hours but we had dinner reservations and were unable to store our things, shower, or leave my dog there like we had planned our day around. They waived the cleaning fee but would not refund any other part of the stay though we weren’t able to return to the property at the times we had paid for. The area has very little parking, we were told that there wasn’t reserved parking but that there’s plenty of street parking nearby - which was sort of true. They didn’t mention AT ALL that you have to constantly move your car for street cleanings that happen every day and it’s a 90 ticket if you do not see the sign. Though this is not direct fault of the property it would be a good thing to mention to be more realistic of the viability of parking near the property. Overall, the place is decent, walking distance to the beach, not in a dangerous neighborhood, but it’s very small/crowded and we just wish management was more compassionate to the situation their miscommunication left us in. ##### Cassidy P. Apr 30, 2024 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Place smelled like throw up the stench was on the curtains of the place - i'm not sure what it was. i tried spraying it with fabric refresher, etc. but it didn't seem to help. when i encountered the cleaning crew cleaning the unit next to me one day, all of their products had the same stench so i am assuming it may be coming from that. the smell was pretty rancid but other than that, the unit and location were very nice! ##### Haley R.
