Only bummer was no parking, but I spoke with Nick who allowed us to use one of the spaces since the other units were vacant. I grew up in San Diego and have rented on the beach during summer visits over the past few years. The place I rented from Surf Style was the best I have experienced so far: exceptionally clean, great location, and easy and friendly communications with the managers. I didn't have to drive anywhere, I laid on the beach everyday to get some sun, & enjoyed going back to the charming unit that was clean and had everything I needed. Great space for 1 or 2 people. Clean, well equipped, management was very response to the one request I had. My only suggestion would be to put a dimmer switch on the recessed lights in the kitchen and bedroom. Apr 30, 2024 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Place smelled like throw up the stench was on the curtains of the place - i'm not sure what it was. i tried spraying it with fabric refresher, etc. but it didn't seem to help. when i encountered the cleaning crew cleaning the unit next to me one day, all of their products had the same stench so i am assuming it may be coming from that. the smell was pretty rancid but other than that, the unit and location were very nice! ##### Haley R.
