The unit below is a vacation rental, as well. There is also a 3-bedroom house on-site that we manage. There are no shared spaces between these rentals. We are locals who stayed for a few weeks due to home remodel. Very busy area with great restaurants and coffee options within a stone's throw. Immediate responses from host/management company but unfortunately AC was broken on day 1 was never repaired despite me waiting for technician on 4 separate days.
