Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. \- This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000. \- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Same-day bookings are not permitted. \- Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Located on the beach, we were able to walk right onto the sand; walked to dinner and also walked to get morning coffee/acai bowls and sandwiches. A special treat was a beach volleyball tournament of about 14 teams located right behind our home! The beds are large and comfortable, and there is even one smaller bed located downstairs for one friend that was not well able to use the stairs. I cannot recommend this beachfront retreat highly enough! It was a privilege to be able to stay there. We hope to use it again next year! ##### Debbie H. We walked to coffee and had fun at the amusement park just down the beach. Kids enjoyed running back and forth from the beach to the house. Unfortunately, the ovens didn't work and neither did the freezer or the ice maker. There were no screens on any door or windows and there was a significant fly problem. The floors were filthy and the outdoor areas had not been cleaned or swept. There was a significant amount of sand in the spa and we couldn't figure out how to turn it down. We had difficulty with timely communications with the property hosts about the oven and freezer. The ovens were supposed to be repaired midweek and supposedly someone did come and work on it but they still didn't work. We were compensated for the inconvenience with the understanding that we would have a working oven by midweek. That didn't happen. Our hosts tried to fix the freezer but that wasn't successful. There were few amenities that we would have expected (tissues, working light bulbs, etc). There was also no beach equipment available. Besides being on a beautiful huge flat beach in San Diego, this house had the perfect layout for our group. We had six couples, in this house everyone had their own king bed plus their own bathroom, plus lots of room for kids. It’s not a quiet spot but for us this was fun, lots of great people watching. Every family had a king bedroom and connected bathroom. My two older granddaughters had their own bedroom instead of having to go the pullout couch that most rentals have. This house was also perfect for my DIL who had to have meetings on Zoom while vacationing. Our only complaint was the flies. However, all the men loved zapping flies with the provided fly swatters and zapper rackets. We will be back by unanimous decision. ##### Kathy P. Being in S Mission, it’s a littler quieter and offers plenty of parking. The property management team was extremely responsive and very easy to work with during our stay! My only feedback would be they need a new hot tub cover for the spa and sadly SD has a horrible fly problem, I think having trash removed more frequently and additional fly traps, measures in the house would be helpful.
