Picture yourself at this peaceful, oceanfront condo located right on the boardwalk in beautiful Pacific Beach! Borrow the beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and toys and enjoy easy access to the surf and sand or stay on-site and refresh in the outdoor pool. When you want to venture out a bit, not only will you find several restaurants within walking distance, this property is also within a few short miles of local parks as well as the Torrey Pines Golf Course, SeaWorld, and all the fun and excitement found in downtown SD.  
  
From your morning coffee to full-course meals, anything is possible in the well-equipped kitchen. Dine or play board games at the adjacent table for four, and then sink into the comfortable sofa bed and stream all your favorite channels in the sunlit living area.  
  
While this condo is without air-conditioning, it's easy to welcome in cool sea breezes off the ocean while you relax at home or sleep to the sound of the waves rushing up on the nearby shore.
