Beds were comfortable. Walk to beach was exactly 1 mile as stated. Unfortunately the amount of homeless you encounter on the walk and on the beach was definitely not a pleasant experience. Checking in/out very easy and convenient. We received so many instructions/warnings about noise that we were very nervous/anxious so much so that we realized we were whispering to each other in the home...THEN we heard the planes!! Non-stop from 530am-1130pm. AND the neighbors outside party along with live music until midnight! We decided it'd probably be ok to talk in our normal voices after all that.
