The house and backyard was amazing for the gathering and the kitchen was well stocked, as we cooked rather than catered. Very quiet neighborhood and services very close if items needed from the grocery store. Listing a little confusing, house is really only a 4 bedroom and then an alcove on first floor has a day bed with trundle but no privacy. The home was within 15 minutes of Del Mar, La Jolla, and Torrey Pines, which were the places we wanted to go. We also went downtown to the USS Midway one day and over to Coronado, which were only 20-25 minute drives. There are great fruit trees lining the back patio and Anh lets you eat the awesome fruit. Anh is a great host and quick communicator through the VRBO messaging system. The neighborhood was nice, quiet, and peaceful. Definitely a 10 out of 10. ##### brady s.
